WHAT TO EXPECT: Your initial visit will give you an opportunity to visit with Dr. Adams and his friendly, knowledgeable staff. The exam is absolutely stress free. Simply put, during the exam Dr. Adams demonstrates to the patient and parent(s) basically what needs fixing and how he will do it. If treatment is needed then Dr. Adams will prescribe records to be taken during the initial visit to save you another trip. Next, a case presentation appointment will be made following your initial exam. Dr. Adams believes this is a very important appointment to thoroughly explain his diagnosis and treatment plan based on the initial exam and the records taken. More importantly, this appointment helps create a bond of trust between you and/or your child and Dr. Adams! Only after the case presentation appointment are the braces placed.

Dr. Adams wants parents to be fully informed and involved at every appointment. Therefore, he welcomes parents into the treatment area to observe their child's care. In essence, when you seek treatment with Dr. Adams you will no longer have to wonder, "What is going on with my child's treatment?" In addition, Dr. Adams offers a relaxed, friendly, fun and open environment in which patients receive their treatment. He wants patients to look forward, not dread, coming to their next appointment. Dr. Adams and his staff believe in treating their patients in a manner in which they would want to be treated, both personally and clinically. Dr. Adams and his staff want to give back to their patients and parents in appreciation for entrusting us with their care. He shows his appreciation by sponsoring patient appreciation skating parties, bowling parties, patient contests and fun office themes.
